The Brothers Grimm "go Broadway" as Sondheim and Lapine offer up a cockeyed fairy tale where all of your favorite characters-Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (and his beanstalk) and The Witch-meet and interact on their journeys. With unforgettable roles, little dancing and no chorus, Into The Woods Junior showcases a medium-sized ensemble of talented singers and actors. The sophisticated score has been adapted to make it easier-though still challenging-for young performers. Into The Woods Junior is a funny and engaging way to get young people to think about the stories with which they've grown up and the ethical issues raised therein.

Biscuits and Bullets 6:
Scattered, Smothered and Covered

This Dinner Theatre Satirical Comedy was presented on June 30 and July 1, 2006 at GTO´s Event Center and will be returning in the Fall of 2006.

You won't believe what these characters or up to and what Tucker C Bodine does to solve the mystery. With the usual audience participation you've come to expect from this comedy series, maybe you will be lucky enough to take part in the show as well.

The Little Sisters of Hoboken operate Mount Saint Helen's School in Hoboken, new Jersey. Originally founded as a missionary order, they started out running a leper colony on an island south of France. Forced to leave the island when they lost control to a group of Protestant competitors, they returned to Hoboken. They went unnoticed until one day their cook, Sister Julia -- Child of God, unwittingly served some tainted vichyssoise soup and 52 sisters died of botulism. Fortunately a few of the sisters were off playing bingo with some Maryknolls and so were spared. Upon discovering the disaster, Mother Superior had a vision -- it was either Saint Catherine of Siena or Saint Thomas Aquinas in drag (she's not sure) -- in which she was told to start a greeting card company to raise funds for the burials of the 52. The greeting cards were an enormous success and thinking there was plenty of money, Reverend other bought a VCR for the convent. When she realized there was only enough money left to bury 48, she decided to stage a talent show to raise the money to bury the last four sisters who were put on ice in the convent deep freeze.

"Haints in Huntington Hall"

About the Show:

Fifty years ago, the millionaire J. Astor Huntington and his wife Virginia "Ginger" Busch Huntington died. Since their deaths, the ghosts of Astor and Ginger have enjoyed their unlife at Huntington Hall.

Today, their only heir--a fifth cousin twice removed--was found. He is country music singer Big Tex Thompson.

The will stipulates that the heir and the heir's spouse must spend the night heir, oops, I meant there, in the house to inherit the estate, valued at a total of $333 million.

Big Tex and his soon-to-be-ex-wife Mae Jean Johnson Thompson (also a country singer) determine to spend the night, even if they kill each other in the process.

Joining them is Mae Jean's sister Jolene, recently released from psychiatric care, and Aunt Pete, a large handsome woman with a history of her own.

Will they survive the night, inherit the estate, and make Huntington Hall into Hillbilly Heaven? Or will the ghosts chase away their country kin?

- - Godspell Reviews - -

Dear Sirs,
Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! Kudos to the cast and support staff for the production of Godspell. My wife and I attended the Sunday afternoon performance. I have seen Godspell five times in the past, beginning with a traveling group at the Civic Center in Atlanta in 1973 when GHS speech teacher Pat Lee arranged a trip for the drama club. I have seen more polished performances with professionally trained musicians and actors, but I have never seen a performance in which the cast acted and sang with more emotion, heart, and soul. They put their whole being into the performance and it resulted in a memorable afternoon. We were both moved to tears on several occasions during the performance and subsequently lifted up to join with the cast in the joyous celebration of the life and teachings of Jesus. Overall, it was an emotionally and spiritually uplifting performance. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

Sincerely,
James and Rachel Williamson
